The Titanic Quarter Student Village is a proposed Purpose-Built Managed Student Accommodation (PBMSA) project by developers Watkin Jones Group and Lacuna Developments.
In April 2024, a planning application (LA04/2024/0681/F) was submitted for the construction of a student residential complex featuring four blocks ranging from 5 to 9 storeys in height. This development aims to accommodate approximately 1,100-1,200 students and will include a mix of study and leisure amenities, such as a gym, games room, and extensive landscaped areas.
In September 2024, Belfast City Council’s planning committee approved the proposed Titanic Quarter Student Village development.
