25-39 Arthur Street was built in the 1800s as the headquarters for Dunville & Co., a renowned whisky distillery.
In 2024, the building was converted into a pub called Cafe Vaudeville.
In 2017, the building was transformed into a cuban inspired cocktail bar and restaurant called Revolución de Cuba.
In 2019, JD Wetherspoon purchased the freehold of the property for £3.25 million, however Revolución de Cuba's lease was not effected, allowing the business to continue operating.
