Queens Court PBMSA is a new student accommodation development proposed by McAleer and Rushe on land situated between Castle Street, Queen Street, and Fountain Street. This project involves the demolition of existing buildings to make way for the construction of a purpose-built managed student accommodation development, including ground floor retail/service units, a resident's gym and other ancillary spaces.
In April 2024, a PAN (LA04/2024/0562/PAN) was submitted, with a public consultation event to be held in May 2024.
