The Prince's Buildings, is a four-storey red brick commercial building, built around 1903. The building served as the premises for the ironmonger and hardware merchant Jamison and Green until 2015. 

In 2019, the Glendola Leisure Group and Carlton Hotel Collection acquired the property at 102-108 Ann Street and have plans to transform the building into a new four-star hotel.
