The Hamilton Dock Hotel, is a proposed hotel development, with approximately 135 hotel beds and 93 aparthotel beds. The development is located in the Titanic Quarter in Belfast.
The development site has a long history, with initial plans dating back to 2010 for a 244 bedroom hotel.
In 2019, a new planning application was submitted for a 276 bed hotel, which received planning approval from Belfast City Council in 2020.
In 2022, the plans were revised down to 162 hotel beds and 94 aparthotel rooms.
In 2023, a new planning application was submitted, which reduced the number of hotel beds down to 135 and 93 aparthotel beds. This application was approved by Belfast City Council in December 2023.
The project is expected to complete in 2026.
