Fountain House, located on Donegall Place, is a B1 listed building, initially constructed between 1935 and 1937 and designed by Young and Mackenzie. The building has housed several prominent tenants, including Moore's printers and stationers, as well as retail giants like Etam, Thornton’s, and New Look. It was occupied by Primark during the devastating Bank Buildings fire in 2018.

The building extends over four floors, covering approximately 46,500 sq ft.

In August 2024, Primark submitted a planning application (LA04/2024/1442/A) for a Primark Home store. As of September 2024, the application remains pending.
