Fanum House on Great Victoria Street was built in 1965 and served as the Belfast headquarters for media companies such as the Irish Times and Sky.
Fanum House has been the subject of many redevelopment plans, ranging from a 15-story hotel to a 210-apartment build-to-let scheme. The most recent proposal is for a 610 unit Purpose Built Managed Student Accommodation (PBMSA) development.
The building is currently derelict.
