Belfast Stories is a proposed landmark visitor attraction scheduled to open in 2028/2029 at the site of the former Bank of Ireland building, located at the junction of Royal Avenue and North Street. The visitor attraction will offer a variety of immersive experiences designed to capture the unique spirit of Belfast and share its authentic history.
In 2021, Belfast City Council acquired the former Bank of Ireland building, along with the accompanying 4,000sq m site.
The total cost of the project is estimated to exceed £100 million, with a significant portion of funding expected to come from the Belfast Region City Deal
