113–117 Donegall Street is a three-story Grade B2 listed building on Donegall Street in Belfast.
In January 2023, the building was put on the market for £3.5 million and was bought by Ulster University, who acquired the 0.65-acre site as part of its strategic plans.
The Irish News moved out of the building in May 2023, signalling the end of an era for the newspaper, which had been based at this historic location for nearly a century.
